Preferred: * Moveworks Experience: 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with the Moveworks platform, Agent Studio, or direct equivalent enterprise conversational AI platforms. * AI & Employee Experience Architecture: 4+ years of solution architecture experience focusing on virtual agents, AI-powered employee support, or agentic workflow orchestration. * Consulting Pedigree: 2+ years of prior management consulting or Big 4 consulting experience within HR Technology, IT Service Management, or Digital Transformation practices. * Shared Services Transformation: Hands-on experience designing or modernizing HR/IT Shared Service Centers (SSCs) or Global Business Services (GBS) delivery models. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in conversational AI and enterprise integrations to lead client implementations of the Moveworks AI Assistant platform. In this role, you will guide enterprise clients across discovery, architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment to transform IT and HR service delivery.
