* 10+ years of SAP OTC (SD and CS/SM) experience
 * SD Sales order processing - Sales order type configuration, copying controls, Shipping point determination, Order combination, SD master data, Delivery creation .
 * SAP ATP (Available to Promise), Backorder processing and management
 * SAP CS or SM module ( Customer Service or Service Management ) - Repairs and Return order processing, Service notifications.
 * Serialization, IDOCs, Standard EDI processing, LSMWs.
 * Strong in customizations - User exits, BADIs, Enhancement points.
 * Medical Devices industry, is a plus.
