## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * Proven experience (3+ years) in technical product owner or a similar role with several years' in an analysis role.
 * Strong understanding of software development principles, architectures, and best practices.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 * Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Deep knowledge of CMS 9115 Patient Access API and CMS 0057 CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization in the healthcare and health insurance arenas.
 * Ability to read and understand HL7 FHIR implementation guidelines to ensure the products being developed comply accordingly.
 * Ability to analyze data, manage risks, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
