* Hands-on Workday experience in a post go-live environment
 * Strong Workday Core HCM configuration experience
 * Workday Recruiting experience would be a significant advantage
 * Exposure to additional modules such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning or Time Tracking
 * Experience with Workday Business Processes, Reporting and Security
 * Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into Workday solutions
 * Previous involvement in Workday enhancements, testing or release activity
 * Strong communication skills and confidence working with HR and business stakeholders
