## About the Role

* Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between multiple sites
 * Eligible for SC Clearance
 * Working knowledge of LV Electrical systems, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure
 * Experience with HVAC and cooling systems
 * Understanding of fire detection/suppression and security systems
 * Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Experience carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance (PPM schedules)
 * Ability to monitor systems using BMS (Building Management Systems)
 * Experience working alongside contractors, vendors, and external engineers
 * Strong health & safety awareness and compliance knowledge
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
