## Description

Working directly with our Associate Technical Director, you will serve as the trusted tech partner for colleagues across the business. You will turn complex IT challenges into seamless user experiences, ensuring our systems run smoothly, stay secure, and uphold our high regulatory standards., * User Support & Empowerment: Provide clear, patient, and solutions-oriented support across hardware, software, Windows OS, and network connectivity.

 * System Administration: Manage Google Workspace user accounts, access controls, and third-party software applications.
 * Asset & Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, tracking, and setup of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices to keep our team fully equipped.
 * Onboarding & Training: Conduct engaging IT inductions for new starters, introducing them to our systems and essential data security protocols.
 * Continuous Improvement: Assist with system upgrades, office expansion projects, and process documentation to help our technology evolve.
