You don't need to be an IT specialist, but you will need to be confident using business systems and have the ability to understand how technology impacts day-to-day production processes. Ideally, you will have: Previous experience working within a Manufacturing or Production environment. Experience using an ERP system in a day-to-day operational role. Experience acting as a system "go-to" person or supporting colleagues with system queries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of data accuracy. The ability to explain technical or system processes clearly to non-technical colleagues. A proactive approach to identifying improvements and solving problems. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly desirable, although experience with another ERP system will be considered., If you have the ERP experience and manufacturing knowledge we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you. ## Description Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client who are looking to appoint three ERP Superusers as part of a major new systems transformation project. Our client has been developing a modernised ERP system since 2024 and is now approaching the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business. These are key positions within the organisation, supporting the successful adoption, day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the new system. As an ERP Systems Superuser - Production, you will become the go-to person for Dynamics 365 within the Production and Manufacturing functions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and the IT Business Analyst team, helping to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, support users and ensure the system is delivering what the operation needs., Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related queries across Production and Manufacturing. Monitor and maintain the health of end-to-end processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Identify and resolve system, data and process issues that could impact production. Monitor background processes, batch jobs, costing, inventory and production transactions. Investigate bottlenecks, process failures and performance issues, escalating more complex problems where required. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the new ERP system. Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to system users. Promote accurate data entry, transactional discipline and best practice. Work closely with IT Business Analysts to investigate root causes and deliver system improvements. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help prepare the business for system updates and releases.
