## About the Role

* Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
 * Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, or Operations.
 * Experience with Shopify, Power Platform, or similar enterprise applications.
 * Strong understanding of application support, incident management, and business processes.
 * Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Comfortable working with both operational support and project delivery activities.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

## Description

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on application support with business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to improve processes, resolve complex issues, and deliver meaningful system enhancements., * Providing functional support across D365 F&O and integrated business applications.

 * Managing incidents, service requests, and problem resolution activities.
 * Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
 * Configuring and optimising system functionality to meet business needs.
 * Supporting upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
 * Monitoring application performance, integrations, and overall system health.
 * Creating functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
 * Delivering user training and supporting adoption of new features and processes.
 * Collaborating with development teams, vendors, and external partners.
 * Supporting integrations across ERP, ecommerce, and third-party platforms.
