 * Own and grow a specialist Data & AI desk
 * Deliver high-value permanent and/or contract recruitment
 * Manage senior stakeholder relationships across key accounts
 * Build and maintain deep candidate networks across niche skill sets
 * Mentor junior consultants as the desk scales
 * Drive new business and expand existing client relationships
