## About the Role

* A hands-on role with genuine ownership and visibility across customer environments
 * Hybrid working in London, 2-3 days in the office
 * Exposure to varied broad networks and technologies, plenty to keep you learning

 * Support for training, certifications and continuous improvement initiatives

## Description

* Troubleshooting complex multi-vendor environments, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes
 * Managing and delivering routine and emergency changes (patching, firmware, config updates) with clear comms
 * Proactively monitoring, tuning and health-checking networks to prevent issues before they hit customers
 * Working closely with project/architecture teams to ensure smooth go-lives, service transition and continuous improvement

Main Skills Needed:

 * Strong hands-on networking fundamentals (VLANs, STP, OSPF/BGP, QoS, redundancy)
 * Firewall experience (Cisco / Meraki / WatchGuard) including VPNs, NAT, HA and troubleshooting
 * Solid wireless knowledge (controller-based deployments, SSIDs, security, coverage/performance)
 * Experience with monitoring/tooling such as PRTG, Nagios, Meraki Dashboard (or similar)
 * Confident in incident/change processes, customer communication, documentation and vendor/ISP escalation
