## About the Role

You'll ideally have strong commercial experience with:

 * Vue.js, ideally Vue 3
 * Nuxt.js, ideally Nuxt 3
 * HTML & CSS
 * Building responsive, customer-facing web applications
 * REST APIs
 * Git-based development workflows
 * Modern frontend development and testing practices

Experience working within eCommerce, headless architectures, microservices or performance-focused web applications would be particularly useful.

You don't need to be a backend developer, but some exposure to PHP/Laravel or experience working closely with API/backend teams would definitely be beneficial.

## Description

You'll join an established Scrum team and work closely with backend developers, product and other areas of the business, taking ownership of customer-facing features and helping improve the overall performance and user experience of the platform., * Consuming RESTful APIs and working closely with Laravel/PHP backend services

 * Improving site performance, including Core Web Vitals
 * Delivering responsive, high-quality experiences across desktop and mobile
 * Writing clean, well-tested and maintainable code
 * Taking part in code reviews and contributing to engineering best practice
 * Working with Git, Bitbucket and Jira within an Agile/Scrum environment
 * Using modern AI-assisted development tools as part of the development workflow

The current platform uses Vue 3 and Nuxt 3 on the frontend, Laravel/PHP and MySQL on the backend, with Google Cloud Platform, Docker and CI/CD supporting the wider environment.
