Some certifications would also be a huge advantage i.e. MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300. ## Description The IT / Telecoms Projects Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical projects across customer environments, ensuring solutions are implemented to best-practice standards, on time, and with minimal disruption. Operating within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), this role combines strong technical capability with excellent planning, communication, and customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate with have strong M365 experience (any certs also a huge plus point). You will work across server, cloud, networking, security, and telecoms technologies, delivering installations, migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects. The role requires a proactive, detail-driven engineer who can take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion. Although primarily office-based, the position includes essential on-site attendance for audits, onboarding, project work, and issue resolution.
