* Kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung
 * Projektassistenz & Mahnwesen: Proaktive Erstellung von Meilensteinrechnungen, Nachverfolgung offener Forderungen und Unterstützung bei der Bürgschaftsbearbeitun g
 * Vertrags- & Verwaltungsmanagement: Anlage und Pflege von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsverträgen sowie allgemeine administrative Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeite n
 * Kommunikation & Organisation: Betreuung der Telefonzentrale, Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost sowie Organisation interner und externer Veranstaltunge n
 * Material- & Rechnungsmanagement: Materialbeschaffung, Warenwirtschaft und Wareneingangsbuchung sowie Durchführung der Eingangsrechnungsprüfun g
