## Description

* Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung von Anwendern bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows 10/11 Arbeitsplätzen
 * Bereitstellung, Aufbau und Verkabelung von IT-Arbeitsplatzequipment
 * Installation und Betankung von Endgeräten mittels SCCM
 * Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung im Active Directory (z. B. Benutzerkonten, Passwörter, Zugriffsrechte)
