 * Proven success delivering complex transformation, implementation, or cloud migration programs on time and within budget.
 * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, including C-level.
 * Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, combined with a hands-on and results-driven mindset.

 * Lead and further develop the SAP Competence Center, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and business value.
 * Own the SAP strategy and roadmap, managing the transition to SAP S/4HANA and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 * Oversee the end-to-end SAP landscape, including Finance, Controlling, Sales, Treasury, Asset Accounting, and related integrations.
 * Enable new business capabilities, market expansion, and product innovation through ERP adaptations and enhancements.
 * Manage internal teams, external partners, and vendors while ensuring governance, quality, budget adherence, and successful project delivery.
