## About the Role

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Administration heterogener Linux-Umgebungen (RHEL/AlmaLinux, Debian/Ubuntu) im Enterprise-Umfeld. Fundierte Kenntnisse in den folgenden Bereichen:

 * Virtualisierung und Containerisierung (Proxmox VE, KVM/QEMU, LXC, Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes)
 * Konfigurationsmanagement (Puppet, Ansible oder vergleichbar)
 * Datenbanken (MySQL/MariaDB - inkl. Replikation, Backup/Recovery, Performance-Tuning)
 * Storage-Technologien (ZFS, Ceph, SAN/NAS-Konzepte)
 * Netzwerkadministration (iptables/nftables, VLAN/VXLAN, VPN/IPsec, Load Balancing mit keepalived/HAProxy/Nginx)
 * Monitoring und Logging (Nagios/Icinga/Naemon, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK-Stack)
 * Scriptprogrammierung (Bash, Python, Perl)
Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hosting-Providern (Hetzner, OVH o. ä.) und deren spezifischen Netzwerk-Features (vSwitch, VLAN). Grundkenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit, Härtung und Patch-Management (CVE-Bewertung, Mitigationsstrategien).
