## Description

* Konfiguration und Administration der hybriden Microsoft Exchange Online Umgebung sowie angrenzender Dienste (Microsoft 365, Azure AD)
 * Verwaltung von Postfächern, Verteilerlisten, Berechtigungen und Richtlinien
 * Implementierung und Pflege von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien (z. B. MFA, Conditional Access, DLP)
 * Monitoring und Troubleshooting von Exchange Online-Diensten und Mailflow
 * Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben mittels PowerShell-Skripten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Security-Team zur Umsetzung von Threat Protection und Anti-Spam/Anti-Phishing-Maßnahmen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern wie z.B. den Fachbereichen, um technische Anforderungen umzusetzen
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen für interne Teams
 * Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotentialen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der eingesetzten Lösungen
