 * Idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerkarchitekturen (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls), Server- und Storage-Systeme (Windows, Linux, Virtualisierung, Cloud-Technologien), IT-Sicherheitsstandards und Compliance-Anforderungen im Public Sector (BSI-Grundschutz, ISO 27001) oder Identity- und Access-Management sowie IT-Service-Management (ITIL)
 * Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen und Lösungen praxisnah zu entwickeln
 * Hohe Kundenorientierung und Beratungsstärke
 * Flexibilität für projektbedingte Kundentermine
