 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Erarbeitung von Workarounds
 * Überwachung und Analyse von Fehlern und Logs in ERP, Integrations- und Messaging-Prozessen
 * Untersuchung von Datenflüssen zwischen ERP und angebundenen Systemen
 * Unterstützung bei EDI-Prozessen und der Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern
 * Koordination und gezielte Eskalation komplexer technischer Probleme an externe ICT-Partner
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen, Fehlerbildern und wiederkehrenden Problemen
