 * Be an early applicant, In unserem internen IT-Team stellst Du den stabilen Betrieb einer produktionskritischen Plattform sicher, die direkten Impact auf unsere gesamte IT hat. Du arbeitest in einer modernen Technologie-Umgebung rund um Kubernetes, On-Premise-Infrastrukturen und Automatisierung und übernimmst dabei eine zentrale Rolle für Verfügbarkeit und Stabilität. Mit hoher Eigenverantwortung gestaltest Du den Betrieb unserer Kernsysteme aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit jederzeit gewährleistet sind., * Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb unserer Kubernetes-Plattform (OpenShift / OKD) in einer On-Premise Infrastruktur.
 * Dein Fokus liegt klar auf Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance nicht auf Feature-Entwicklung.
 * Du übernimmst den Betrieb, die Absicherung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Kubernetes / OpenShift Cluster.
 * Sicherstellung von Hochverfügbarkeit sowie Monitoring, Alerting und Troubleshooting (z. B. Prometheus, Grafana, Logging).
 * Analyse und Behebung von Incidents im Bereich Cluster, Netzwerk und Storage.
 * Du kümmerst Dich um Kapazitätsplanung und Performance-Optimierung.
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Storage-Lösungen (z. B. Ceph), Networking (Ingress, Routes, Load Balancer) und Authentifizierung (z. B. Keycloak / AD).
 * Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen mittels Infrastructure as Code und Scripting.
 * Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Betrieb unserer containerbasierten Kern Infrastruktur., * Betriebssysteme: Windows Server, Ubuntu, Open Suse, Fedora CoreOS
