 * Verständnis moderner IT-Sicherheitskonzepte sowie relevanter Compliance-Anforderungen
 * Strukturierte, wirtschaftliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Planung technischer Flächen unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheitsanforderungen
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines sechsköpfigen Teams
 * Optimierung von Prozessen, Standards und Strategien im Infrastrukturumfeld
 * Steuerung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs sowie der ITSM-Prozesse
 * Erstellung von Reports und Analysen zur Unterstützung der Infrastruktur- und Kapazitätsplanung
