## Description

* Develop and deliver Barnardo's AI and Integration strategy, aligned with organisational, DDaT and ethical standards
 * Identify and champion opportunities for AI, automation and integration that deliver measurable value
 * Lead the design, implementation and scaling of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI
 * Ensure AI solutions are transparent, secure, and compliant with safeguarding and data protection requirements
 * Lead scalable, secure integrations using Azure Integration Services, APIs, webhooks and CI/CD pipelines
 * Establish and maintain governance frameworks for AI, automation and integration
