 * Capable of providing strategic advice on business transformation, organisational design, portfolio management and programme efficiencies.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, able to build relationships and facilitate workshops (in-person, virtual or hybrid).
 * Technical proficiency in relevant infrastructure domains, with a desire to continue learning.
 * Professional certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/ChPP, MoP, MSP or PRINCE2 are desirable but not mandatory.
