## Description

Data and Insights Support Analyst, The Data and Insights Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting the University's Data & Insights Team, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of data services, reporting, and insight products across the institution. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating data requests and enquiries, supporting data analysis and presentation, maintaining documentation and processes, monitoring the performance and usage of data services, and assisting with meetings, working groups, and community activities. The team is responsible for managing the University's Data Connect service and data product portfolio, delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making, promoting data quality and good data governance, and contributing to the delivery of the University's wider data strategy.
