## About the Role

* Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Ability to analyse requirements, identify risks and make informed decisions
 * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
 * Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods including Scrum
 * Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs
 * Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Aha! or similar product management platforms
 * Ability to work effectively within changing priorities and evolving business needs
 * A collaborative approach combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

## Description

* Own and manage the product backlog for your product area
 * Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
 * Prioritise work to maximise customer and commercial value
 * Work closely with Engineering teams through sprint planning, refinement and delivery activities
 * Help define release scope and contribute to release planning
 * Monitor progress against delivery plans and communicate risks and dependencies
 * Facilitate customer engagement activities, including demonstrations, feedback sessions and focus groups
 * Support go-to-market activities and product launches
 * Develop deep domain expertise and confidently demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders
 * Represent Product Management in day-to-day delivery decisions
