## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Application Specialist I to provide technical support and application management for business systems and departmental technology operations. This position serves as a key resource for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting users, managing CRM platforms, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Duties

 + Manage and support the Simpleview CRM database, including reporting, dashboards, upgrades, customizations, user permissions, and troubleshooting.
 + Administer and support the Partnership Portal and provide training and assistance to users.
 + Develop and deliver ongoing application and system training programs.
 + Provide day-to-day technical support for applications, hardware, and departmental systems.
 + Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical issues while escalating complex incidents when necessary.
 + Support hardware and software inventory management and maintenance activities.
 + Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
 + Create clear and professional written communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
 + Troubleshoot technology-related problems and recommend corrective actions.
 + Assist with workflow automation, process improvement initiatives, and documentation development.
 + Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and service standards.
 + Deliver outstanding customer service and technical assistance to users with varying levels of technical experience.
