## About the Role

We are looking for a PC Technician to provide technical support, maintain computer systems, troubleshoot IT issues, and help advance our mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility., * Associate degree in Technology or minimum of 2 years of technology support experience

 * Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, MS Office products, and basic networking principles
 * Microsoft, Network+ or A+ Certified preferred
 * Excellent problem solving and communication skills
 * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with all levels of personnel
 * Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the Greater Philadelphia area

## Description

The responsibilities we will trust you with as our PC Technician:

 * Provide Help Desk support by phone, email, and ticketing system
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, phone, and surveillance issues
 * Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computers and IT equipment
 * Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
 * Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory across all locations
 * Assist with network monitoring, backups, printers, and other IT operations
 * Coordinate hardware repairs, warranties, and vendor services
 * Provide staff training on computers, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and approved applications
 * Maintain and update IT support procedures and documentation
 * Pursue ongoing technical training and stay current with IT systems
 * Provide on-call, weekend, and after-hours support as needed
