Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, limited walking and standing. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree or related field equivalent with a 3.0 GPA or higher ## Description Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Applications Engineer to work in our Hartland, WI, office. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm., * Engage with clients to understand and define their key process performance needs. * Develop creative process designs incorporating evaporation and crystallization technology. * Author technical proposals that clearly communicate value propositions and accurately define process performance. * Prepare cost estimates for the proposed equipment scope. * Participate in client meetings with the sales team as a technical expert. * Create and deliver technical content to support business development initiatives. * Participate in pilot testing programs for process validation. * Complete engineering activities, including heat & material balances, process flow diagrams, piping & instrumentation diagrams, equipment sizing calculations, dimensional designs for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, and plant equipment layout. * Collaborate with engineering teams during project execution, procurement, and start-up. * Other duties as assigned.
