## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Technical Engineer / Automation Engineer in einem pharmazeutischen oder vergleichbar regulierten Umfeld
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Troubleshooting hochautomatisierter Produktions- und Roboteranlagen
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in GMP-Anforderungen sowie Qualifizierungsprozessen (IQ/OQ/PQ)
 * Erfahrung in der Analyse und Anpassung von Rockwell PLC-Systemen mit Studio 5000 und RSLinx
 * Erfahrung mit HMI/SCADA-Systemen wie FactoryTalk View von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse in industriellen Kommunikationslösungen und OPC-Servern, z. B. Kepware oder Matrikon OPC Server
 * Erfahrung mit Industrierobotern, idealerweise FANUC (Programmierung, Anpassung und Troubleshooting)
 * Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
 * Strukturierte, dokumentationssichere Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
 * Sicheres Englisch (mindestens Level B2) für die Arbeit in internationalen Projekte

## Description

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale technische Verantwortung für Troubleshooting, Anpassungen und Optimierungen von Roboter- und Automatisierungssystemen innerhalb eines GMP-regulierten Umfelds. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Rockwell PLC-basierten Automatisierungssystemen sowie der Integration von Robotiklösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Technisches Troubleshooting und Fehleranalyse

 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in hochautomatisierten Produktionsanlagen
 * Diagnose und Debugging von Rockwell PLC-Steuerungen mit Studio 5000 und RSLinx

Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungssystemen

 * Anpassung und Optimierung von PLC-Programmen (Rockwell Logix Plattform) zur Verbesserung von Anlagenperformance und Prozessstabilität
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung technischer Änderungen im Produktionsumfeld

Robotik-Integration und Applikationssupport

 * Anpassung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Roboterapplikationen mit FANUC
 * Analyse der Interaktion zwischen Robotern und SPS-Steuerung

HMI-, SCADA- und Kommunikationssysteme

 * Unterstützung bei Analyse und Anpassung von Visualisierungssystemen in FactoryTalk View
 * Diagnose und Konfiguration industrieller Kommunikationsschnittstellen über OPC-Server wie Kepware oder Matrikon OPC Server

Technische Unterstützung im Produktionsumfeld

 * Unterstützung während Qualifizierungs-, Inbetriebnahme- und Produktionsphasen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-, Automation-, QA- und Produktionsteams

Dokumentation & Compliance

 * Dokumentation technischer Änderungen und Lösungen gemäß GMP-Anforderungen
 * Lesen und Prüfen von elektrischen und mechanischen Zeichnungen
