## Description

* Betreuung und Optimierung der Server- und Client-Landschaft sowie der Virtualisierungsumgebung (z. B. VMware oder Hyper-V)
 * 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexen Infrastruktur-Anfragen sowie technische Ansprechperson bei Störungen
 * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Domäne inkl. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und File Services
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams) und Cloud-Ressourcen in Azure
 * Sicherung des Betriebs zentraler Netzwerkkomponenten wie Firewall, VPN, Switching, Routing und VLAN
 * Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse (z. B. mit PowerShell) zur Effizienzsteigerung
 * Planung und Realisierung von Infrastrukturprojekten wie Migrationen, Rollouts und Systemeinführungen
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SLAs
