## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Digital Business oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der d.3-Applikation, idealerweise mindestens 5 Jahre
 * Hohe IT-Affinität sowie eine praxisorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
 * Erfahrung in der Präsentation und Vermittlung komplexer Inhalte
 * Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
 * Erfahrungen im Bereich E-Invoicing, beispielsweise mit edoc invoice, sind wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)

## Description

* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen im Umfeld des Dokumentenmanagementsystems d.3
 * Entwicklung und Konzeption innovativer Ansätze zur Optimierung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse
 * Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender organisatorischer Strukturen und Abläufe
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Projektpartnern
 * Ansprechpartner für Anwender und Fachbereiche bei allen Themen rund um das DMS
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Betriebs der DMS-Landschaft
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops
