* Unterstützung beim Einrichten von Smartphones, Tablets und Notebooks (iOS, Android, Windows 10 und macOS)
 * Support und Fehlerbehebung durch vorgegebene Lösungswege
 * Bearbeitung von eingehenden Tickets und Service-Aufträgen
 * Auf- und Abbau von Hardware
 * Aus- und Rückgabe von Hardware
 * Unterstützung in diversen kleinen IT-Projekten
