Betriebswirte/Fachwirte/Fachkaufleute (Fachschulniveau), * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (IHK), Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in mind. einem der folgenden Bereiche: Netzwerkadministration, Serveradministration, Client-Administration oder IT Operations/Service
 * Kenntnisse in DevOps-Methoden und -Praktiken von Vorteil
 * ITIL-Grundkenntnisse und Basiswissen im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
 * Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre nachweislicher Wohnsitz in Deutschland (Voraussetzung für Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2)
