* Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365 Umgebung (u. a. Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online)
 * Umsetzung und Optimierung von Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien (z. B. Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender)
 * Verwaltung von Clients und mobilen Endgeräten mit Microsoft Intune
 * Weiterentwicklung unseres Modern Workplace (Collaboration, Automatisierung, Self-Service)
 * Unterstützung im 2nd Level Support mit Fokus auf M365-Themen
 * Eigenverantwortliche Verantwortung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Rollouts, Migrationen, Security-Initiativen)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen
