* Betreuung des First-/Second-Level-Support via Ticket-System und Hotline

Wartung, Pflege und Austausch der Anwender IT inklusive der Peripherie vor Ort
Übernahme von Aufgaben in den Bereichen VPN-Zugänge, verteiltes WLAN und Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Pflege der zentralen Softwareverteilung
Verantwortlich für die Administration der Microsoft-Infrastruktur in virtualisierten Umgebungen (VMware)
Mithilfe bei der Umsetzung der Office 365-Strategie
Überwachung und Wartung der IT-Netzwerke
