## Description

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticket-System
 * Diagnostizieren und Beheben von Hard- und Softwareproblemen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Geräten und Anwendungen
 * Dokumentation aller Support-Tickets sowie Nachverfolgung der Lösungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams zur Lösung komplexer technischer Herausforderungen
 * Schulung und Anleitung von Endbenutzern bei der Nutzung neuer Technologien oder Softwaretools
 * Überwachung der Systemleistung und proaktive Identifikation potenzieller Probleme
