## About the Role

* At least 1-2 year's experience in HR systems administration or HR systems analysis.
 * Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential as well as having experience of the Employee Central module
 * Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
 * Understanding of HR processes, data structures and system configuration.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience working within a professional services environment is desirable.
 * Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential employee data.

## Description

We're looking for a HRIS Analyst to join a collaborative and growing HR Systems Team, supporting a Global Law Firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in SAP SuccessFactors, who enjoys improving processes and enhancing the employee experience through technology.

Hybrid working: 3 days in office per week, * Support the day-to-day administration and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Learning.

 * Supporting end users and independently managing system activities such as workflows, configuration, and day-to-day system maintenance.
 * Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
 * Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, upgrades and project delivery.
 * Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and system efficiencies.
 * Support key annual HR activities, including performance reviews, pay review processes and regulatory reporting.
 * Troubleshoot system issues, manage support requests and liaise with external vendors where required.
 * Ensure data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with GDPR.
 * Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for HR systems.
