## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer or technical lead with strong C#/.NET and Azure integration experience to help shape scalable, cloud-native integration platforms within a collaborative, agile environment., You'll provide hands-on technical leadership across integration services and distributed systems, working closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions at pace.

You'll play a key role in architectural decision-making, mentoring engineers, driving best practice, and ensuring high standards across delivery, reliability, and security., * Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering squad

 * Drive technical direction for integration services and platforms
 * Design and implement APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures
 * Build scalable Azure-native solutions using modern cloud services
 * Remove technical blockers and support delivery across teams
 * Promote engineering best practices, maintainability, and code quality
 * Contribute to roadmap planning, estimation, and technical strategy
