Desirable Skills * Coaching, facilitation or organisational development qualification. * Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation or technology-enabled change programmes. * Experience building and leading Champion networks, communities of practice or engagement forums. * Understanding of data governance, data quality and data stewardship principles. * Experience working alongside learning and development functions to improve capability outcomes. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and change frameworks. * Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage. ## Description We're looking for a passionate and influential leader to help shape the future of data, AI and technology adoption across Claims. In this newly created role, you'll define and deliver the strategy that builds confidence, capability and engagement with data, helping colleagues embrace new ways of working and unlocking lasting business value.
