This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Financial Services team. You'll lead how we optimise offers across Very Pay and third-party FS products, using data, experimentation and machine learning to drive smarter decisions across the customer journey. You'll balance short and long-term value while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
