You will be responsible for the management of design production, design estimates, design programs and design work packages for bids, projects and services to contract requirements, standards, budget, and on-time delivery. Take on the position of Designer as identified in the CDM regulations, with particular attention to design risks, ensuring that safety risks are designed out or deemed "as low as reasonably practicable". You will be required to provide support to junior team members through the application of mentoring and coaching., Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Collaborate with project teams, engineering delivery, technical solutions managers, and other stakeholders to grasp project needs and convert them into technical specifications. * Design and develop solutions using industry best practice.
