What Your Days Will Look Like * Working as part of our Workforce Transformation team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping clients solve complex talent acquisition and workforce transformation challenges. * Leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud workstreams from discovery through design, build, testing and deployment. * Bringing order to unstructured problems and delivering tangible value to clients. * Leading client workshops focused on recruitment process transformation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud best practice. * Managing stakeholder relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology teams. * Reviewing your own work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. * Delegating tasks, coaching junior team members and creating development opportunities across project teams. * Supporting presales activities, proposals and client pursuits. * Leading or contributing to collaborative and diverse teams and helping to maintain an inclusive and high-performing culture. * Using feedback and reflection to develop yourself and those around you.
