## About the Role

We are looking for very ambituous and motivated individuals that want to work for a company that aims to become the number 1 ERP Recruitment firm in Europe., * Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP or IT recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment

 * Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
 * Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to manage multiple roles and clients in a fast-paced environment
 * Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindse, * Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field
 * Established network within the ERP talent market (Ideally Oracle or Dynamics)
 * Experience recruiting for both contract and pjermanent roles

## Description

* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ERP roles (Ideally Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and business objectives
 * Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of ERP positions, including functional and technical roles
 * Develop and manage a pipeline of high-quality ERP professionals
 * Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
 * Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with both clients and candidates
 * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team performance
 * Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
