H-Power is prepared to provide training and upskilling, but you will need strong technical foundations, a structured approach and the drive to develop quickly. * A degree in systems, process, chemical or mechanical engineering, or a relevant scientific discipline such as chemistry or physics. * An interest in requirements management, V&V and multidisciplinary product development. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach. * The confidence and communication skills to influence people without relying on formal authority. * A proactive, engaging personality and the ability to build relationships across different teams and levels of the business. * The organisation and attention to detail needed to manage technical information and documentation accurately. * The adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving clean-technology environment. * The right to work in the UK without sponsorship, now or in the future. ## Description H-Power is looking for a graduate or early-career Systems Engineer to join its growing five-person Systems Engineering team. This is an opportunity to build broad, practical systems experience while contributing to the development of hydrogen-generation and clean-power technologies. You will work across the full product lifecycle and interact with teams throughout the business, including engineering, project planning, finance and customer-facing functions. The environment is dynamic and fast-moving, so the role will suit someone who is proactive, confident and motivated by the opportunity to make a visible contribution. Your immediate focus will be requirements management and verification and validation (V&V), helping the team work through an important delivery backlog. As you develop, your remit will broaden across technical delivery and product engineering, giving you cradle-to-grave exposure to how H-Power's products are defined, delivered, documented and supported in the field.
