We are looking for a real go-getter for this role. You must be meticulous in your approach and highly driven you will have a proven track record of success.

## Description

* Take responsibility for the brand's Front End (Web & Mobile) codebase and the smooth delivery of new features
 * Ensure stability and security is maintained across the apps in your remit
 * Develop close relationships with platform and QA teams so you're all working seamlessly
 * Spur on your engineering team to be multi-disciplinary and ensure scrum processes are being followed
 * Help promote positive engineering practices across the teams
 * Engage in mentoring, progression and coaching, * A highly experienced Senior Front End Developer with expertise in React plus Next.js, GraphQL and UX.
 * Advocate for clean code and an effective engineering culture (clean code throughout etc)
 * Passionate about accessibility, web standards and design systems.
 * helped and contributed towards initiatives that directly impact and improve teams and engineers,
 * Mentor, always looking to bring the best out of others
 * Comfortable working across multi-disciplinary teams using Scrum or Kanban
