This role is focused on pragmatic modernisation rather than large-scale rewrites. The successful candidate will work across a broad technology landscape that includes legacy .NET applications and services alongside modern cloud-based platforms, helping teams improve, simplify, and evolve existing systems while balancing operational risk, business priorities, and long-term sustainability. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and senior stakeholders, providing hands-on technical leadership and helping shape practical engineering decisions within a highly regulated environment.
