* Extensive production experience building latency-sensitive systems using modern C++.
 * Experience in market making, electronic trading or exchange connectivity.
 * Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and performance optimisation.
 * Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, or similar).
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
