* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
 * 4+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
 * Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar technologies.
 * Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
 * Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with ORM tools.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
 * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, experience with enterprise application development, and a passion for innovative solutions.  * Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
 * Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into solutions.
 * Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality practices.
 * Write unit tests and integration tests; optimize code for performance and maintainability.
 * Document development processes, code changes, and architectural decisions.
