 * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and LLM-powered engineering workflows.

## Description

We are seeking a talented senior developer to work with our teams in a leading global Tier 1 investment bank to join its London-based Equity Derivatives Pre-Trade Technology team.

This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape and deliver a strategic pre-trade Request-for-Quote (RFQ) and pricing platform used globally by Equity Derivatives and Delta One trading desks. You'll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, working closely with Front Office Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research and Technology teams to deliver business-critical solutions., * Develop high-quality, scalable software following engineering best practices.

 * Partner directly with traders, sales teams and quants to deliver innovative front-office solutions.
 * Drive architecture, technical direction and system enhancements across the platform.
 * Mentor developers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.
 * Champion observability, automated testing and CI/CD best practices.
 * Work within an agile, fast-paced environment delivering frequent releases.
