## Description

We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation in a varied Data Administrator role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting customers and ensuring information is accurate, organised and kept up to date., This is a varied position with a strong focus on data administration, CRM management and customer services. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, processing information and providing day-to-day support to customers and internal teams.

Duties:

 * Manage end-to-end data, including preparing files and carrying out checks.
 * Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
 * Carry out data cleansing, identifying and correcting duplicates and errors.
 * Manage communication preferences in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
 * Ensure all customer interactions and relevant information are accurately recorded on the CRM.
 * Upload contact outcomes and event-related information, ensuring records remain current.
 * Act as a first point of contact for customers via telephone and email.
 * Respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing a high level of customer service.
 * Manage outgoing post, mailings and courier arrangements.
 * Provide general administrative support across the organisation and assist different teams where required.
 * Create and maintain process documentation and guidance.
 * Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, administrative processes and efficiency.
